CORN FED STEER "Certified Black Angus Beef" Aged three weeks to enhance flavoring. Steaks are "lightly seasoned", pan seared, then finished under a 900 degree broiler. Steaks will be crusted outside, then smothered with sauteed Crimini mushrooms in a garlic wine sauce and Spanish onions.

Cajun Style First, the Red Snapper is dipped in melted butter. Next, we sprinkle both sides with paprika, onion powder, garlic, red pepper, black pepper, dried thyme and oregano.
